Our community offers relaxed resort living. We have calm waterfront views, 1,255 square feet, two bedrooms/two full bathrooms, speedy WiFi, TVs, open spaces, beautiful landscaping, comfy furniture and bedding, upscale mattresses, spacious private balconies overlooking the water, in condo full-size washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, huge heated pool/sauna waterfront and reserved parking.

You will be welcomed by dozens of items to help you through the process, caregiver amenities and no-chew foods. The professional, METICULOUS cleaning using medical grade sanitation products is FAR beyond any standard rental or hotel cleanliness. We personally manage the cleaners, set the condo with a attention to detail and customize amenities and supplies to fit your specific needs.

The condo is minutes from Pass-A-Grill Beach, Fort Desoto Beach and St. Pete Beach, walking distance to a cute neighborhood deli, coffee shop and a sports bar, 2 minutes from a 24 hour CVS and 7-Eleven, 3 minutes to a Publix Supermarket and 10 minutes to the Piper Clinic, Dr. McDonald, Dr. Hobbs and the hospital.

We live nearby in a home and maintain the condo for beach days. We don’t rent to vacationers or list the property with realtors, AirBNB or VRBO. We exclusively offer the condo to patients of The Piper Clinic TMJ surgery. You benefit from our extensive knowledge of the TMJ surgery process including planning, expectations, surviving the first days post op and what to eat.  The password protected pages here offer photos, links, recipes, shopping lists, items to stock up on before your trip, preparing your caregiver, where to eat in St. Pete and tons of advice.  We are available during your before, during and after your stay to answer questions and help you prepare
